  14.      The iissuuppppeerr() function tests for any upper¡case letter or any of an im¡
  15.      plementation¡defined set of characters for which none of iscntrl(3),
  16.      isdigit(3),  ispunct(3),  or isspace(3) is true.  In the _`_`_C_'_' locale,
  17.      iissuuppppeerr() returns true only for the characters defined as upper¡case let¡
  18.      ters.

  21.      The iissuuppppeerr() macro returns zero if the character tests false and returns
  22.      non¡zero if the character tests true.
